Notes from the Parish Council Extraordinary Meeting June 2010
John Covill chaired the meeting with 4 Parish Councillors in attendance. There were no members of the public.
Consideration of Planning Application for for The Manor House, 37 Lower End - Extensions and alternations, including curtilage buildings. Ref: 10/00376/ FUL & 10/00377/LBC. There were no objections but the Clerk was asked to add comment that the Parish Council had noted Rosie Burton's reference to Policy H8.

Parish Councillors' Reports
Steve Kent-Phillips reported that the disabled parking signs had been erected at the Village Car Park.
Sandra Gynn asked about the large sign advertising logs at the top of Rogers Road. GeoffreyWoollard was to inspect and report back to next meeting.
Andrew Camps confirmed that the footpath on Rogers Road had been treated with weedkiller.
