So start 2008 with a chance to discover first hand what Coaching, NLP, EFT and other personal development techniques and therapies are all about at a free community exhibition. There will be practitioners in Life and Sports Coaching, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and other therapies all on hand to answer your queries, provide taster sessions and demonstrations. You can also find out how you can learn and develop these tools and techniques for your own benefit. Drop in for an afternoon of exploration, where you will find a welcoming reception.
