The Prospects Trust at Snakehall Farm
THE PROSPECTS TRUST is a local charity based at Snakehall Farm between Reach
and Swaffham Prior, which supports adults with Learning Disabilities through
Horticulture.
The Trust has launched an exciting new range of Christmas gift ideas including Indoor Herb Planters and Narcissi & Snowdrop Terracotta Gift Pots.
