Note for Advertisers
Full (A5), half and one third page advertisements are normally accepted on an annual basis for the eleven issues from January to December (the magazine is not published in August). Copy and changes to existing advertisements should reach the Business Manager by 20 November. New advertisements will also be accepted for the June issue onwards and copy should be received by 20 April.
The format for the submission of advertisements in order of preference is
- email with a Microsoft Publisher version as attachment,
- email with a Microsoft Word version as attachment,
- CD with Microsoft Publisher or Word version,
- Floppy disk as iii. In each case the size needs to be correct and standard (ie. Windows) fonts used.
- Printed original, preferably a large image, printed squarely on the paper, in high resolution print and without folds in the paper.
Advertisers will be invoiced in advance in November or in June once the advertisement has been accepted for publication.
