Taking forward integration of health and social services
Older Peoples services:
Feedback from a range of events held to listen to what local people have to say about proposals to integrate services for older people have been incorporated into a report to be considered by local PCTs and the County Council in the New Year. A major programme of work is underway to prepare for the transfer of relevant social services staff to PCTs from 1 April 2004.
