Ladies Circle
On Monday 29th September 2003 Janet Jeacock came to talk to the Ladies Ciricle
about "Old Fashioned Remedies".
It was very interesting to hear about superstitions of years ago and it was amazing to see that many are still upheld today. Many of the members remembered their mothers telling them about these when they were small - it was quite surprising, specially as many of them seemed to work!
It was a most enjoyable evening which ended with refreshments.
