Friends of Swaffham Prior School
At the FoSPS meeting on 15th September, the programme of events for the
forthcoming year was agreed upon. Dates are:
- 24.10.03 Jack o'Lantern display in school
- 21.11.03 Beetle Drive
- 8.12.03 Christmas Fair (see separate notice)
- 6.2.03 Disco
- 2.4.03 Easter Egg Bingo
- 3.5.03 Barrow of Booze at Reach Fair
There are other events "in the pipeline" with dates to confirmed that includes: Ladies Indulgence Evening, Summer Fair, 75th Anniversary celebration, Fashion Show.
Also at the meeting FoSPS asked Jo Lakey (Headteacher) to consult with the teachers of the school and devise a "wish list" . At the next FoSPS meeting on 10.11.03, the members will be deciding which items on this list that FoSPS can help the school to buy. In addition to this, the Swimming Pool project is continuing during this year.
