Burwell Music Circle
Janet Cooper presented a most enjoyable programme of Summer Music at the Music Circle in August. We heard from Fats Wailer, Chris Barber, through Bernstein and Strauss and on to Beethoven and Mozart with many more in between.
If you like listening to music why not join us. We meet in the Day Centre in Parsonage Close, Burwell on the 2nd Friday of each month, 7.30 to 9.30 and it costs just £l including refreshments.
Each month a member presents a programme of music, either by a chosen composer or on a set theme or just favourite pieces they enjoy listening to. There is a great deal of variety and we never know what it will be, but it is always a very pleasant evening.
